This department covers a variety of hardware related issues ranging from installation, to data recovery. We can assist with upgrading your computer, or repair it based on some hardware issues. We can even help with the aftermath of a devastating virus attack by recovering some important information, or replacing parts of your computer.

For us to be able to know the situation, and help you you should:
First, contact us through the contact page or call us. Prepare and tell us what you would like us to do with your computer from replacing a part, to recovering data. Provide sufficient contact information for us to reply to you. You should recieve an e-mail within 24 business hours.
The reply from us should also contain some information based on what you provided us so far including the price, the estimated time it should take, and other scheduling information. Reply to us one final time with the agreement of scheduling and possibly some information we may ask for about the computer state.
Our technicians should arrive at the scheduled time, and begin helping!
